Receptionist

Are you an outgoing and confident individual looking for a new role?

I am currently recruiting for a receptionist on behalf of my client, to join them on a permanent and full time basis.

Roles and Responsibilities for the Receptionist position –

  • Main Reception duties – Greeting visitors and staff, coordinate telephone calls and provide refreshments.
  • Administrative tasks such as filing and posting.
  • Data inputting.
  • Support the accounts team with ad – hoc tasks.

Requirements for the Receptionist position –

  • Proven experience in a previous Receptionist role, or an Administrative position within an office environment.
  • Polite, friendly and welcoming.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional information for the Receptionist position –

  • £25,000 annual salary.
  • Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30.
  • Onsite parking.
