What Will You Be Doing?
As SHEQ Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality within our manufacturing facility. You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, manage health and safety protocols, and implement best practices to maintain a safe and efficient workplace. Your role will involve conducting regular audits, training staff on safety procedures, and continuously improving our SHEQ systems.
SHEQ Manager Requirements:
- Must have current qualifications and certifications as a Health & Safety Manager
- Thorough understanding of Health & Safety requirements for manufacturing facilities
- Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Knowledge of the print or packaging industry is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
