Finance Manager - Manufacturing Business, Grantham
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a leading manufacturing company in Grantham. This role will oversee key transactional finance functions and ensure strong financial controls are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team, overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Accounting & Reporting.
- Maintain efficient accounts payable processes and ensure compliance with supplier management policies.
- Develop and monitor performance KPIs.
- Oversee financial controls, including payment and banking processes.
- Review and improve financial control systems to enhance efficiency.
- Support finance projects, such as ERP upgrades and system improvements.
- Provide regular feedback and conduct performance appraisals for direct reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and drive collaboration.
- Assist the Financial Controller with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in finance management, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong leadership, financial control, and compliance expertise.
Experience with ERP systems and process improvement.
