Your new role
Client is requiring a finance assistant on a part-time basis (c.19 hours per week) to work up until the Christmas holidays. There may be an extension but this is not guaranteed.
Flexibility in hours is available but the client has requested that candidates are able to work a full day on Wednesdays.
This role is an office-based role and so hybrid-working is not available.
What you'll need to succeed In order to undertake this role candidates will need to have experience in the following duties:
- Financial and administrative support within a busy working environment.
- Order processing
- Data entry
- Spreadsheet maintenance
- Invoice management
- Parent payment platform management
- Petty cash management
- Banking
- Inbox management
- Reconciliation of accounts system
- General support of the finance team
Candidates will need to be required to have a proven track record of financial and/or administrative support with exposure to Iplicit or similar finance packages.
Attention to detail is required along with numerical accuracy.
Must have the ability to work autonomously without supervision as well as part of a team.
What you'll get in return
The pay rate for this role will be up to £15/hour including holiday pay and will be paid weekly in arrears.
