Accounts Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with software such as MS Office, Dynamic 365, Excel, QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero. As an Account Administrator, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and ensuring financial accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Maintain vendor relationships and resolve payment issues
  • Assist in month-end financial reports preparation
  • Utilise accounting software to manage financial data
  • Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Account Administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in using accounting software like MS Office, Dynamic 365, Excel, and QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero and advantage but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • Fully office based
