Our client is one of the finest luxury tea brands in the world and has a reputation of quality and taste. They have their London retail store in one of the busiest tourist areas and enjoy above average foot traffic on a daily basis. They are currently looking at growing the brand further in the UK and expanding to potential now locations as well. Due to their demand they are looking to hire experienced Retail Sales Associates that can meet and greet potential customers and help them with their shopping experience.
The ideal applicant will have experience in a high end, designer or boutique retail and use to a large volume of customers.
The Retail store is open 7 days a week and open from 11am to 9pm and they may increase this to a 10am start. Successful applicants will need to work 5 days during the week and with varying shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional standards of customer experience surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity.
- Demonstrating and reflecting the glamorous, luxury Tea,s through customer service, attitude, personal grooming, dress code and behaviour.
- Developing a detailed knowledge of the product including construction, materials, care and designing order to provide exceptional and knowledgeable customer service.
- Participating in, and representing the company at all times and during promotional events and activities in particular.
- Contributing ideas and suggestions to the team in order to achieve improvements in all aspects of the boutique performance.
- Demonstrating a constant awareness and actively striving to achieve key performance indicators in order to increase boutique performance and reach individual and store targets.
- Actively ensuring merchandise presentation reflects VM standards and general tidiness and cleanliness of the boutique at all times.
- Playing an active role in replenishing stock according to the company's procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with the team in organizing the product in the stock room including participating in stock takes and helping to keep the stock room tidy and clean.
- Attending and participating in all store meetings and training events as required ensuring good communication is maintained.
Skills:
- Demonstrable success gained as a Sales Associate with a recognised luxury brand.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Fluent English.
- A second & third language would be ideal Demonstrable sales skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of the luxury market and customer service.
- Seeks opportunities to be proactive and pre-empt client needs.
- Demonstrates respect and politeness and regularly exceeds customer expectations.
