Key Requirements:
- SEND Experience: Prior experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
- Good Sense of Humour: The ability to bring joy and positivity into the classroom.
- Behaviour Management Strategies: Proficiency in managing and improving student behaviour.
- Excellent Use of Initiative: A proactive and resourceful approach to challenges.
- Supportive Nature: A caring attitude towards students, staff, and parents.
- Understanding of Different Children's Needs and Learning Styles: Ability to tailor support to individual learning styles and requirements.
