HR Administrator

We have a rare opportunity available for a HR Administrator on a permanent full time basis based near Redruth due to growth within the organisation.

If you are from a strong Administration background with knowledge in HR or would like to get into this area we would like to hear from you!

You will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager and the organisation with a range of HR Tasks to include:

  • Recruitment - Working with managers to coordinate recruitment processes from advertising to on-boarding and inductions of staff
  • Staffing and Payroll - Maintaining records on the payroll system and Administer any changes to employees pay, provide advice and guidance for payroll queries.
  • HR Admin - Monitoring the HR email in-box, dealing with staff queries and escalating as appropriate, providing reports, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Oversee and track absence records, for holiday, sickness and maternity, paternity.
  • Training - Ensuring staff training records are kept up to date and ensuring staff are compliant with statutory training.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress within HR.

We are seeking someone who has excellent IT, Communication and Organisational skills.

A DBS check is essential for this position and we are able to put you through this process.

Working hours are 37 hrs a week 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm to suit.

In return the company are offering an annual salary from £23,730 to £26,000 depending on your skills and knowledge you can bring to the role.

Generous holiday pay - 28 days + Bank Holidays including 1 extra day up to 5 years of service.
