Fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to work closely with the HR & Communications Director of a global insurance company. Working within a collaborative team you will help formulate and implement HR strategies and have end-to-end ownership of internal communications. A broad knowledge of human resource disciplines including compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance, recruitment, payroll and learning & development is required for this busy and varied role. Ideally you will have come from a financial services background and be CIPD qualified.
