DCS Recruitment currently seek experienced data cabling engineers in Peterborough on behalf of a national client.

Location: PE7 postcode area
Flexible with dates to book for this adhoc attendance.
Duration: 1 adhoc shift initially, more to follow with this client.
Working up to 8 hours on night shifts, starting 5pm
The successful cabling engineer will be carrying out a fault investigation and resolution. This can include new cabling, installation of wireless AP's, alteration of EPOS, and containment.
Own tools including termination kit, and 8 tread ladders, required. Own transport is preferred due to the location of site.
You must:
- Hold a valid CSCS/ECS/Equivalent structured cabling/comms industry related card
- Hold a valid UKATA asbestos awareness certificate (this can be done online prior to start)
- Hold a valid IPAF licence for categories 3a and 3b for cabling at high level
- Be able to provide relevant work references prior to start
- Have access to a PC/Laptop to complete free, online training prior to start - this will last for 12 months and opens the door for more work opportunities during this time.
