Outsourcing Senior - About The Role

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Oversee and manage delivery of management accounts for your clients
  • Review VAT returns prepared by junior members of the team
  • Develop tailored solutions to address client needs and drive their business growth
  • Resolve technical issues by liaising with relevant departments
  • Mentor junior staff on technical matters and best practices
  • Analyse client business processes to identify inefficiencies and potential improvements
  • Conduct effective client meetings to understand and address their objectives

The successful Outsourcing Senior will have:

  • ACA, ACCA or equivalent, qualified by experience will be considered
  • Relevant background in a similar role, preferably within a multi-client environment
  • Proficiency in advising on and implementing financial systems, processes and controls
  • Strong understanding of compliance and procedural standards
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced setting, with proven ability to manage teams and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Xero and other cloud accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting practices
