Residential Conveyancer
Job Location: Shirley
Salary: £30,000+ DOE
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 5:30pm
- Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
- 1-hour lunch break
- Total: 37 hours per week
Position Type: Permanent, Full-time
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of residential property sales, ensuring that transactions are handled efficiently and effectively from instruction through to post-completion. You will play a vital role in the operations, maintaining a high standard of service while adhering to tight deadlines.
Your main duties will include but not limited to:
- Oversee the conveyancing process for residential property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, third parties, customers, and colleagues via phone and written correspondence.
- Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless transaction management and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- 2-3 years PQE, with experience in independently managing conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
