Social Content & Influencer Specialist- London/Hybrid- 24 Months- £200-£225 PAYE
A global SaaS company are looking for an experienced Social Content & Influencer Specialist to join their team on an initial 24 month contract. In this role you will manage organic social media content creation and small business influencer content from ideation through to shooting, editing, posting and reporting. You'll be completely comfortable filming a TikTok in the office, tiny mic interviewing small business owners at their shops, and keeping our influencers on schedule. You'll also use your understanding of the nuances of social channels like TikTok, Instagram (particularly Reels), LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube to lead our organic social strategy and help us track success through detailed analytics. A typical day might start by responding to comments on our social channels, before meeting with influencers to discuss an upcoming campaign activation, then dropping in on a video shoot with one of our customers, and wrapping the day by updating the latest analytics into our monthly reporting dashboard. This role will suit someone who loves creating content (phone-shot or otherwise), thrives on building community, has an epic eye for detail, and is confident with being the go-to for our small business audience, both online and through direct partnerships at events and in-office.
Skills/ Experience:
- Organic social media expertise -- Priority channels include: TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube
- Filming/writing, editing, and scheduling a social content calendar shared with marketing + comms
- Community management, social listening, outreach and building an engaged audience
- Brand affinity and engagement with business owners - not just driving conversions
- Maintaining brand tone of voice and design guidelines
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to bring out the brand personality
- Experience in using CapCut, Canva templates and using Gen AI to ideate
- Influencer - Sourcing business influencers that can make a difference to our brand awareness
- Campaign expertise across influencer social and video
- Understanding of social analytics tools and platforms that can help
