Nurture Assistant / Emotional Support Assistant

My client is seeking a dedicated Nurture Assistant to join their team, working to support the emotional and social development of pupils through tailored interventions and therapeutic activities. What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting in the design, planning, and delivery of evidence-based interventions
- Utilizing assessment tools like SNAP Behaviour to identify student needs
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Rainbow Room
- Advising and reporting to class teachers and other staff on student progress
- Providing care and support for students' emotional well-being
- Leading and participating in various therapeutic group sessions
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Strong communication skills with sensitivity and confidentiality
- Ability to relate well to children and adults
- Experience in working with vulnerable children is desirable
- Knowledge of using assessment tools like SNAP Behaviour
- Ability to plan and deliver emotional well-being interventions
