As a Content Marketing Apprentice, you will support content creation (written, video, photography) and the delivery of communications and marketing activities. Your work will span various platforms and channels, including campaigns, websites, social media, press, and internal communications. You will also support product launches and utilize our CRM to communicate with external audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our business to create effective content.
- Assist in the development, execution, and evaluation of marketing and communications content.
- Create and manage content to showcase stories from across our business.
- Manage intranet content to attract employee engagement.
- Liaise with country marketeers to manage content translation.
- Provide information and support to external agencies.
- Gather and analyse competitor and market information for benchmarking.
- Stay updated on social media trends and bring creative ideas to the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in content creation (even through personal social media profiles).
- Confident networker comfortable working with different departments and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and eager to understand our business inside out.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms.
- An eye for photography and content creation.
Desirable Skills:
- Additional European language(s) besides fluent English.
- Understanding of SEO.
Entry Requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
