Purpose of the Role (not limited to):
- Serve on various boards to contribute to management, performance, strategy, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide comprehensive accounting, tax, directorship, and secretarial services in the UK for acquired companies through the integrated firm.
- Oversee the onboarding of new business, collaborating closely with both external and internal partners to ensure a seamless process.
- Evaluate and enhance the performance of administration teams, improving processes, policies, and culture in coordination with compliance, finance, and other Group teams, as well as local staff and management.
- Act as the primary relationship manager for high-value clients, coordinating with local administration teams and managing clients with cross-jurisdictional service needs.
