Client Onboarding Administrator at a leading UK Wealth Manager based in their London office.
Day-to-Day tasks include:
- Review and approve new client documentation including carrying out relevant AML/KYC/ Identity checks as required
- Ensure correct escalation routes are adhered to when dealing with high risk or complex cases.
- Provide guidance (within the scope of your personal regulatory knowledge and training) to the Investment Management and Investment Administration Departments in relation to regulatory requirements
- Assist with approval of client data amendments as required
- Ensure all regular control tasks are completed within required timeframes
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
- Ensure all queries are dealt with in a positive and timely manner
- In addition to the above functions, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be requested
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience within the relevant field and be able to demonstrate transferrable skills and behaviours.
- GCSE Grade C English & Maths
- Communication - both written and oral
- Problem Solving / ability to use one's own initiative.
- IT/relevant systems knowledge
