Position: Deputy Home Manager
Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk
Salary: £50,000 per annum + Excellent added benefits!
Hours: 40 hours per week, supernumerary

The service itself has 70 beds and caters mainly for dementia, nursing and respite care. It boasts rave reviews and a GOOD CQC! The home has excellent staffing ratios and a long-standing team. You will have the support of a brilliant, experienced Home Manager and will play a vital role in upholding the highest standards of care and driving positive improvements to enhance the well-being of both staff and residents.

Responsibilities as a Deputy Home Manager:
- Lead and inspire the care team to deliver outstanding care and support to residents with dementia and elderly care needs
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans, ensuring they are continuously updated to meet residents' changing needs.
- Supervise and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and maintaining a positive working environment.
- Collaborate with external healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
- Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in dementia and elderly care.
Requirements as a Deputy Home Manager:
- A valid NMC Pin
- Experience working with Dementia/Elderly Care
