Position: Deputy Home Manager

Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk

Salary: £50,000 per annum + Excellent added benefits!

Hours: 40 hours per week, supernumerary

Time Recruitment are selecting for a Deputy Home Manager to work for our client's luxury, nursing home based in Lowestoft. The service itself has 70 beds and caters mainly for dementia, nursing and respite care. It boasts rave reviews and a GOOD CQC! The home has excellent staffing ratios and a long-standing team. You will have the support of a brilliant, experienced Home Manager and will play a vital role in upholding the highest standards of care and driving positive improvements to enhance the well-being of both staff and residents.

Responsibilities as a Deputy Home Manager:

  • Lead and inspire the care team to deliver outstanding care and support to residents with dementia and elderly care needs
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans, ensuring they are continuously updated to meet residents' changing needs.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and maintaining a positive working environment.
  • Collaborate with external healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
  • Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in dementia and elderly care.

Requirements as a Deputy Home Manager:

  • A valid NMC Pin
  • Experience working with Dementia/Elderly Care
