Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Drive and inspire a team of new homes sales consultants to achieve and exceed targets.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities with property developers.
- Client Relationships: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise profitability.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, providing coaching and support where necessary.
- Reporting: Regularly update senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
