What you will be doing...

The role of the Customer Engagement Advisor is to provide amazing customer service, maximising all sales and revenue opportunities to our current and future Parkdean Resorts customers.

Whether it is through our voice and live chat channels you will maximise all sales opportunities and answer customer service queries to an exceptional standard. You will be a fantastic ambassador of Parkdean Resorts, using your knowledge and enthusiasm to ensure ‘holiday happy' is never far away.

  • The Customer Engagement Advisor will be competent in handling a variety of customer queries via telephone and live-chat channels in a timely, and professional manner.
  • A strong sales and service focus.
  • Ability to flex across multiple channels throughout the day.
  • Identify revenue opportunities to customers on each and every contact.
  • Passionate about providing great customer service and resolve queries with confidence.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail, when dealing with customer accounts to ensure all relevant information is captured.
  • Handle any expression of dissatisfaction in a polite and professional manner, using excellent customer service to find the best solution for the customer and Parkdean Resorts.
  • Offer excellent customer service to all internal and external customers offering informed knowledge of all administration functions.
  • Embrace and promote the Parkdean Resorts values.
  • Take ownership of performance and always seek ways to improve and deliver results.
  • Strive to achieve the quality assurance benchmarks set for the Customer Engagement team in line with company standards and expectations.
  • Keep well informed of all Parkdean Resorts holiday park products and services, to ensure the best match for customers based on their needs.
  • Regularly take part in coaching session's and one to one development to improve customer experience, system skills and process management.
  • Taking part in regular product and training in order to increase knowledge and expertise in Parkdean Resorts.
  • On occasion you may be asked to perform additional duties or duties unrelated to your role after appropriate training has been given.

Some of the skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Strongly customer focused with a high standard of customer service ethics.
  • Experience in a sales.
  • An excellent communicator both verbal and written, with ability to engage with our online customers
  • Comfortable and confident with speaking to customer via Live Chat and ability to deal with multiple chats at once.
  • Highly motivated and energetic.
  • Passion for delivering quality work.
  • Experience of working in an effective, target driven team.
  • Flexible and adapt well to change.
  • Resilience and self-motivation.
