Rhubarb Recruitment is searching for a Chef de Partie for an award-winning all-day restaurant located in Central London. Hyper-seasonal menus with a concentration on the best of British cuisine; with very modern plating in an elegant and intimate dining room.
You will join a big professional well-run kitchen brigade that is delivering award-winning cuisine. You should have previous experience working in similar modern fine-dining kitchens as Chef de Partie or similar and will be comfortable working on all sections of the kitchen.
Shifts are 1 double and 4 single shifts per week (mix of early and late shifts), 45 hours per week.
Salary is £35,000 to £38,000 depending on experience + tips.
