Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Supervision: Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment across multiple schools in the Congleton area.
- Pre-set Work Distribution: Hand out pre-set work provided by the teachers and ensure students understand the tasks.
- Classroom Management: Ensure students remain on task and follow school rules and guidelines.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to the lead teacher on student behavior, progress, and any issues that arise during the lesson.
- Flexible Subject Coverage: Supervise a range of subjects, adapting to the needs of different classes and year groups.
Requirements:
