  • Salary £27,000+
  • 23 days annual leave + Bank Holidays

Duties for the Property Coordinator

  • Organising maintenance work to be carried out
  • Prioritise different repair and maintenance works
  • Obtaining quotes for projects and issuing purchase orders
  • Process contractor and client invoices
  • General admin

The Property Coordinator

  • Must be super organised and able to execute tasks under time constraints and pressure
  • Must have experience working in a busy customer focused environment
  • A natural puzzle solver
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
