Sports Coach

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated sports coach who will be flexible and able to work dynamically at a fantastic special school for students across KS2 - KS4. Supporting students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties, you will be responsible for delivering high quality and engaging PE lessons, promoting their physical wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience as a sports coach/instructor or teaching PE
  • Previous experience working with people with special educational needs is desirable
  • Must be resilient
  • Able to adapt and be flexible - willing to get stuck in!
  • Able to establish good working relationships and manage behaviour effectively
  • Excellent team player

This is a full time position, commencing in September. Working hours will be 08:30 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday and 08:30 - 16:00 on Friday.
