We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our School in Cheshire West on a temporary to permanent basis.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring that students continue to receive high-quality education in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and providing support to students as needed • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring that students are engaged and on-task • Reporting any issues or concerns to the appropriate staff members • Supporting the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification • Experience working with children and young people • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
