We are seeking an experienced and dedicated shuttering gang to join our team for an exciting civil engineering project in the Bedlington area. The role involves installing Doka formwork systems, a crucial component in our construction process. This is a contract position with competitive pay, and the opportunity to work on a high-profile project with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of Doka formwork systems according to project specifications and timelines
  • Ensuring all formwork is constructed and aligned accurately
  • Collaborating with site supervisors and engineers to maintain high standards of safety and quality
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans
  • Managing and supervising the shuttering team to ensure efficient and effective work practices
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in shuttering and formwork installation, specifically with Doka systems
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Commitment to health and safety regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • CSCS card
  • Own tools and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
