Location: Stockley Park, Uxbridge

Contract Details: Full-time, permanent

Salary: Starting Salary £28,000 + £2,700 Area Allowance (Total £30,700)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including maintaining the employee database systems, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Answer internal and external inquiries from staff members, managers, and candidates.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including publishing and editing job listings, arranging interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support new employee onboarding by leading orientation and providing information on benefits.
  • Assist with annual leave and absence reporting.
  • Aid in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Produce and update employee handbooks, newsletters, and other documents.
  • Coordinate recruitment events, such as interview/assessment days.
  • Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and tasks.

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Desirable:

  • CIPD level 3 or above (desirable but not essential).

Technologies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
