Job Title: Credit Control Assistant
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Location: Hatfield
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and credit control
- Competent with Microsoft Office
- Strong numerical Skills
- Ability to prioritise own workload and work well under pressure
- Time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- UK driving license and own vehicle due to office location
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with commercial teams to maintain consistent credit and cash flow
- Maintain sales ledgers and manage the credit control process
- Arrange timely applications for payment and invoices
- Handle credit card payments
- Attend regular meetings with the Senior Finance Team
- Post and reconcile payments and transactions, addressing any discrepancies
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Ensure daily dispatch of accurate invoices
