This exciting new role is overseeing a medium sized Customer Services team based in West London. It involves Operational and logistical aspects and will also involve some transformation projects.

The client is a medium sized FMCG business based in West London.

Description

The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-

  • Overseeing the day to day running of the medium sized CS team
  • Setting KPI's and targets
  • Creating a positive and inspired working environment
  • Liaising with other departments and working collaboratively- especially with Sales
  • Resolving issues and partaking in process improvement projects
  • Working to SLA's and improving these
  • Working closely with international operations and logistics
  • Overseeing the logistical coordination aspect of the business
  • Working on projects and CRM system changes

Profile

Key skills that are sought are-

  • Similar experience in a previous role, Customer service team management of a small to medium sized team
  • Knowledge of process improvement and working on projects
  • An understanding of logistics
  • A positive and can do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
