Working hours: Monday - Friday 9-5pm
Working pattern: On site once a week
Pay rate: £25.01p/h plus holiday pay
Duration: temporary approximately 2-3 months

We are seeking an experienced Admissions Manager to support a small team during the busy period of clearing and enrolments for a minimum 2-month period.
As an Admissions Manager, you'll provide vital support to the Head of Admissions, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the Admissions team, and ensuring all processes are efficient, fair, and customer-focused. You will also collaborate with key stakeholders, manage applicant communications, and ensure compliance with UCAS regulations.
As the Admissions Manager you will be required to:
- Manage daily operations and ensure adherence to admissions policies
- Support policy development and process documentation.
- Lead and support a team of four Admissions Officers
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve admissions issues
- Oversee UCAS correspondence and data management
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Previous management or leadership experience in higher education admissions
- Strong understanding of UCAS and CAS issuance policies and processes
