Our Multi-sector recruitment business, Novax Recruitment, is looking for ambitious Recruitment Managers to join our expanding perm and contract teams. As our Recruitment Manager, you will be leading from the front, whilst growing and establishing your successful desk.

Every day you will...

  • Growing and driving your team to hit and exceed sales targets, whilst maintaining a focus on customer service and retention.
  • Driving margin growth by building strong client and candidate relationships through your own efforts.
  • Provide effective leadership, motivation, and guidance, with on-the-job coaching and training, helping Consultants to grow the desk and develop their recruitment careers.
  • Develop and maintain senior level relationships with key customers and target organisations to win new business opportunities.

  • A successful background within the recruitment industry, with the ability to work in fast paced environments.
  • The ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team, with examples of when you have coached and mentored individuals to achieve more
  • A proven track record of success and billings in a recruitment role
