My client is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join their tax department to be responsible for corporation tax in respect of planning, forecasting, analysis, and compliance. Strong focus will be required to ensure efficient and effective tax planning is maintained within the organisation.

Description
- Corporation tax planning and forecasting/modelling to ensure an efficient approach maintained during periods of increased capital expenditure.
- Completion/review of tax returns for submission to HMRC and dealing with related queries.
- Liaison with other teams in the business for all corporation tax matters.
- Ensure compliance with tax aspects of securitized financing arrangements.
- Regulatory tax reporting, including dealing with tax-related queries and providing key tax input into the Price Review process.
- Tax accounting and reporting for management and statutory purposes including tax consolidations and corporation tax aspects of SAO review.
- Supervise and help develop the Corporate Tax Advisor.
Profile
A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have:
- Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) and a further qualification in tax would be highly advantageous.
- Proven experience in corporate tax management.
- Proven experience working in-house
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage tax strategies and compliance.
- Expertise in handling tax-related projects.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £90,000 - £110,000 per year.
