Description

  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Provide information regarding remortgage applications
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Liaising with institutional lenders, borrowers and legal firms in relation to Remortgage applications.
  • Answer all queries within service levels.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed customer service goals.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer service experience.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
