I am looking to speak with SOC Service Managers in the Hemel Hempstead area for a fantastic new opportunity!
The SOC Service Manager will take responsibility for parts of the Security Operations Centre (SOC) service under the direction of the SOC Operations Manager, to client and Sopra Steria cost, risk, quality and service performance targets. They will proactively manage service delivery in terms of its contribution to Sopra Steria business performance, productivity, sustainability and growth. Typically, these services will include systems; applications, technical infrastructure, business process and IT service provision which form part of the SOC service.
What you'll be doing:
- Understands Sopra Steria SOC directions and support strategic revenue growth targets by successfully managing services and leveraging Sopra Steria SOC offerings, leading to business growth with improved client satisfaction and value for money
- Working with the Operational Security Manager's to understand client's strategic agenda for change, innovation and transformation, how value is perceived by the client, and client security challenges; promoting how the SOC can address those challenges.
- Supports business development activity, through identification of risk levels identified across the service.
- Is fully aware of client contract and ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with agreed scope to meet the client's contractual and Sopra Steria's requirements in delivering to acceptance criteria, timescales, quality measures, standards, service levels and contractual arrangements including change controls, taking corrective actions when necessary.

It would be great if you had:
- Professional SM qualification such as ITIL
- Relevant sector experience
- Membership of a recognized professional IT body
- Experience in contract management
- Budget track record
- Understands Sopra Steria offerings and business drivers

Salary: £58,000-68,000 dependent on experience
