In this exciting Digital Business Analyst role you will form an essential part of the agile multidisciplinary development team at this highly successful luxury travel company where you will work 2 to 3 days a week at its beautiful office in South West London, collaborating with their award winning team, with the remaining 2 days spent working from home. To apply for this role you will need to have had previous experience in a Digital Business Analyst capacity with exposure to CRM platforms and implementation and support in CRM's such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar.

Essential Skills

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and understand their needs.
  • Develop detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
  • Service desk/Help Desk experience in responding to business issues and queries
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working closely with the QA function and ensuring requirements traceability
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Familiarity with database management, SQL, and data analysis tools.

Additionally, in your previous roles as a Digital Business Analyst you should have skills with CRM Implementation and Support which will enable you to:

  • Ensure the company's CRM solutions align with business strategies and enhance customer experiences.
  • Customize CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet user requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and business units for CRM-related initiatives.
