Your new company
This Manchester law firm has a stellar brand and a thriving property litigation team.
Your new role
This property litigation solicitor role will see you join a well placed team that has ambitious plans for the future. Due to growth, this real estate litigation solicitor role will see you join a collegiate team to handle a range of high quality property litigation matters. This will include advice on break clauses, dilapidations and right to light. You will be involved in litigation in relation to property contracts, insolvency matters as well as adverse possession, rights of way and restrictive covenants. Acting for a broad range of clients across many sectors, you can look forward to playing an active role in practice development.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a property litigation lawyer operating at Senior Associate or Legal Director level. You will be an inclusive team player who can build long lasting relationships with clients. Applications are welcomed from those looking to work both full and part-time.
What you'll get in return
This is a rare opening for a real estate litigation lawyer at a senior level. The firm has a progressive ethos and can offer generous amounts of hybrid flexibility. The structure of the team and its plans mean that there is a genuine opportunity to progress to partnership should this be an ambition. The role can provide some of the best work around as well as a proper work/life balance. The salary is negotiable depending on your experience but is very much at the top of the market.
