Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead business transformation initiatives, applying continuous improvement methodologies to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage financial aspects, including setting and overseeing budgets, and driving financial performance.
- Foster a collaborative environment across teams and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.

- Drive the business unit's positioning to support an integrated energy landscape in the East Irish Sea, focusing on safety performance, profitability, and growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in shore-based logistics services within the offshore energy sector is essential.
- Familiarity with business development and bid writing to support growth and expansion.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of leading transformation and instigating positive change.
- A motivated self-starter, proactive with the energy to transition and support the business through its growth phase.
