Location: Wolverhampton

Our client, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This role will play a key role in strategic decision making and operations, influencing the company's financial planning and budgeting.

What you'll do:

  • You will be responsible for providing financial insights and guidance to senior management to support strategic decision making.
  • You will lead the financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • You will collaborate with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • You will analyse financial data and trends to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • You will ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • You will develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting.

What you bring:

  • *Qualified Accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA)
  • *Ideally Commercial Pricing experience
  • You have proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role within a dynamic business environment.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organisation.
  • You are highly skilled in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
