Description

  • Manage and maintain the company's credit portfolio.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Conduct credit checks and approve new credit applications.
  • Resolve customer credit issues and disputes.
  • Prepare and present reports on credit activities.
  • Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the accounting and finance team.
  • Participate in departmental and company-wide financial projects.

Profile

A successful Credit Control team member should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Knowledge of credit control procedures and policies.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
