We seek an exceptional individual with a commanding presence and engaging personality who can positively influence others in a consultative capacity. We want someone who can pinpoint an organisation's pain points and articulately demonstrate how Workwell International can alleviate their concerns, resulting in enduring partnerships. This role includes an achievable commission structure, we set people up to succeed!

Accountabilities

  • To be an ambassador for Workwell International
  • To have a clear understanding of exceptional customer experience and demonstrate this through our valued behaviours
  • To bring new business and increase the number of Recruitment agencies we work with in the UK
  • To increase the revenue brought into the company through new business and cultivating the relationship
  • To deliver on agreements set by the Sales Director
  • To remain up to date on legislation (compliance and taxation - training provided and on-going)
  • To network regularly, attend events and grow your client base
  • To organise and develop your client database, by attending regular meetings

Responsibilities

  • Building on the current reputation of Workwell International as a Global Workforce partner
  • To have an understanding of the business development sales cycle, from inception to completion, with the mind of nurturing those relationships
  • To understand and promote the portfolio of services and solutions that Workwell International offers
  • Secure new clients to Workwell International according to the set targets outlined by your Sales Director
  • To grow the number of active contractors to Workwell International as their preferred Professional Employer Organisation/ Employer Of Record, aiming for exclusivity through regular meetings and communication
  • To recognise opportunities for cross business support for new and existing clients

Capabilities

  • Confidence to communicate with all hierarchies of a business
  • A highly driven individual who is resilient and proactive
  • Has a good understanding of how to time manage and prioritise effectively
  • Ability to learn quickly and articulate the information that turn into new clients signing up for our services
  • Highly ethical, methodical and morally driven (will not cut corners to get results)
  • To work with complete integrity and to our company value
