Description
- Provide administrative support to the executive team
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and organise meetings and ensure that all necessary equipment is set up
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Record, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
- Maintain office systems, including data management and filing
- Interact with clients professionally, handling confidential and non-routine information
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- A degree or relevant qualification
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
