Fantastic opportunity to work for our well established client based in Huddersfield who are looking for a temporary Customer Service Administrator (this role will go permanent for the right candidate) - immediate start
You will be working within a busy/fast-paced environment providing great customer service support and work alongside a great team too!
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.
If you are confident with a "can do" attitude together with customer service experience this job could be for you!
System training will be provided.
Day to Day of the role:
- Provide exceptional customer service support within a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Work collaboratively with a great team to manage customer queries and issues.
- Utilise office software to maintain customer records and handle administrative tasks.
- Multitask effectively to ensure all customer needs are met promptly and accurately.
- Participate in system training to enhance your skills and proficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
