Position Overview: Our client seeks an experienced CNC Setter/Operator with expertise in Siemens control systems and 5-axisCNC machines. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce precision parts to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines with Siemens controls.
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Select appropriate tools and machine settings.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure parts meet quality and precision standards.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed.
- Maintain production and quality records.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize processes.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a CNC Setter/Operator with Siemens controls.
- Skilled in 5-axis. Knowledge of 9-axis machinery would be an advantadge.
- Knowledge of machining processes and CNC programming.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
