Surveyor required
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Location: Nottinghamshire
Rate of Pay: Dependent on experience
Venn Group are looking for a Surveyor to work for a Local Authority in Nottinghamshire
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Carrying out defect surveys
- Carrying out damp and mould surveys
- Diagnosing defects and specifying remedial works
- Carrying out disrepair surveys
- Managing contractors
- Dealing with complaints
- Assessing, organising and processing contractor payments
- Providing advice / guidance to technical officers
- Leading on response to disrepair claims
- Preparing reports
- Undertaking energy performance surveys
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in Surveying within social housing
- HNC/HND in building or surveying (desirable)
