This very well-respected private client team is looking to expand and add an additional solicitor or legal executive to its busy private client department

What will you do?
- Handle a broad private client caseload to include:
- Wills, Probate and LPAs, (trusts and tax planning if appropriate)
- This firm has a separate Court of Protection team, but if you'd prefer a hybrid COP and more usual private client matters – this could be an option
- Advise on complex matters where appropriate
Who will this suit?
- This role will suit a fee earner with at least 2 years' PQE within private client
- You could be a Legal Executive or Solicitor
