On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly motivated, aspiring Account Manager, to join a dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, and play a crucial role in nurturing and growing relationships with key clients. Your exceptional communication skills, deep understanding of company products and services (full training to be provided) will drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand clients' business needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with our solutions.

Account Growth and Retention:

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team to pursue them.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance, address challenges, and present new solutions.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:

With the relevant training, gain a deep understanding of company products, business software and cloud solutions, including their features, functionality, and value proposition.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback, identify enhancement opportunities, and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations based on their business needs and industry best practices.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing or sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at various organisational levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex client organisations.
  • Technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn and understand complex technology solutions.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
