We are looking for a Site Manager who has Industrial Paint Sprayer experience to join a successful steel company.
Must have experience in Intumescent Painting, as working for a steel company.
THE ROLE
Managing the team of Spray Painters to do the below:
Prepare steelwork for painting using a sander.
Mastic joints and seams in preparation of paint work.
Sand work between coats.
Ensure that all works coming into and going out of the paint environment are of high standard.
Work as part of team to achieve and maintain excellent throughputs and quality.
Maintain a safe and tidy workshop and surrounding area.
Adhere to health and safety policies and point out immediately to the Paint Shop Controller/Production Manager or HS&E Manager any potential hazards.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Ability to work well under pressure
A good understanding of processes and procedures
Adaptability to working hours due to the nature of the paint processes
Manage a team
