The Company:
A fantastic opportunity is available with our client for a Part Time Payroll Administrator. Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for either 3 or 4 days per week? the client can be accommodating with how the hours are worked to suit home life and the role with be office based at their location.
The Role:
- Liaising with the Operators to ensure payroll submissions are made on time.
- Liaising to ensure deadlines are met.
- Undertake spot checks on the reports received to ensure any amendments are picked up.
- Picking up any queries directly with the payroll support team.
- Process any required changes within the system, including salary changes and annual uplifts.
- Provide administration services for the pension scheme, and other payroll/HR systems in place at any time.
- Provide the HR Consultant with administrative support.
