The day to day expectations on the role involve all legal consent requirements associated with Land Acquisition, report on programme and project milestones to directors, manage internal and external stakeholders, collate and analyse key data to monitor project deliverable performances. The role is very flexible with remote working options with regular site visits, client visits and office working days.
The role is ideal for candidates with strong legal understanding, experience in delivering complex land rights projects and significant knowledge of the consenting regimes including Planning Act (2008), Development Consent Order and Compulsory Purchase Order processes.

The Role:
- Securing of land rights while identifying the need for easements, wayleaves and other necessities.
- Ensure all land rights are secured in a timely manner to facilitate the installation and operation of EV charge points.
- Report on programme, key milestone delivery, risk, contract and financial management on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external IDNO/DNO partners to oversee the end-to-end delivery of EV charge point projects.
- Act as a point of contact and escalation for clients, addressing any concerns, issues, or escalations promptly and collaboratively.
The Person:
- Experience in start to finish land activities for infrastructure projects.
- Access land, secure land rights, negotiate compensation settlements.
- Experienced in providing project and contract management when delivering complex land rights projects.
- Strong understanding of Renewables / EV charging infrastructure, market dynamics, and government incentives in the UK.
- Located in or commutable to Central London Office.
