One of London's longest standing construction consultancy's, renowned for their success with the APC, is seeking a smart Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has ambitions of achieving MRICS.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor shall work and assist an Associate and Partner on a mixture of residential and retrofit projects for public bodies and local authorities across London and the Southeast.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will carry out a traditional quantity surveying role including cost planning and contract administration.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (open to those on the apprenticeship scheme)
- Minimum of 12 months quantity surveying experience within a consultancy practice
- Basic pre contract experience
- Eager to achieve MRICS
- Any public sector project experience would be a bonus
